The contest recognizes the best digital rendering and visualization designers who use Autodesk design and engineering software. It’s free to enter and select entries will be showcased to peers online as well as at Autodesk University.
Photorealism, degree of difficulty, aesthetics, and technical skill will be the primary focus of the judges. Select entries will be showcased on Avatech’s Web site and the premiere entries in each category will be exhibited at Autodesk University, where industry peers will cast their vote for their favorite rendering.
The deadline for submissions is Oct. 16, 2009. Entrants are welcome to enter as many categories as they want for free, but the same rendering cannot be entered in more than one category.
